Shipping
Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers pay shipping at checkout and may select from USPS, UPS, or FedEx options based on speed and cost preference.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, USPS standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the US. International delivery times vary by country and carrier tier selected. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. If a package is returned to us due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping the order.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Final
All sales are final unless the item arrives defective. Every piece is individually inspected before shipping to ensure quality. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind.
Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, you are eligible for a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at tearsofthegalaxy@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the defect
- Photos showing the defect
Once we receive and review your request, we will provide return instructions if the item qualifies.
Refund Processing
Refunds for approved defective items will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, you will be refunded in full rather than exchanged.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items reported as defective more than 7 days after delivery
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selected by the customer
