When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking email once it's on its way.
Do you restock sold-out items?
No. Everything is limited quantity. Once it's gone, it's gone. We do not redrop. New designs come out as new drops, never as restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free in the US. International customers pay shipping at checkout and can choose from USPS, UPS, or FedEx tiers based on speed and cost.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final unless the item arrives defective. Every piece is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How does the Iris House donation work?
Ten dollars from every hat and bandana sold goes directly to Iris House, a community-based organization supporting underserved populations.
